I hope these questionaires people make are composed only from their head. Anyone could find episode summaries and find some obscure fact and ask that as a quiz question. Even watching an episode with composing a quiz in mind is cheating.

I guess his profession was writer because he believed that Jerry had upset his "deal" with NBC concerning a script.
Yes, he was a writer. When Jerry and George ran into him at NBC (prior to their meeting), Crazy Joe was dropping off a script.
