Ally McBeal mentioned the sexual harassment suit which involved the Mulva ep (The Junior Mint)
I think UPN had a show, maybe Unhappily Ever, that said if there was any justice in the world Brooke Shields would not have gotten a show after Seinfeld.
Jerry has appeared as himself( and not TV Jerry) on Newsradio and Mad About You.

The Simpsons: Patty and Thelma suggested changing the name of Springfield to Seinfeld to attract tourists (The Monorail).
BTW: Jerry's cameo on Mad About You...we don't know if Paul recognized him because he was TV Star Jerry or TV character Jerry (who had a fairly successful career as a stand-up, not to mention was the defendant in a highly publicized trial).

Susan did tell George to come to bed and watch MAY with her. We see them in bed watching TV, but you're right, we never see the TV screen.
Your theory that there could be another show called Mad About You (with the same theme as the real NBC program) in the Seinfeld TV world is, of course, possible. But then it's also possible that other cultural references we recognize are not what they seem....The Woody Allen who fired Kramer could be an action/adventure director from Japan; Elaine buys JFK's golf clubs (Jacob Franklin Kirkegard, of course); George knocks over Bette Midler the plumber; and Jerry makes out with his girlfriend during Schlnder's List, the Doris Day-Rock Hudson comedy.

Those writers might not have been around at the time of the crossovers. Since 1992, when Paul visited Kramer, Seinfeld changed writers a few times.But on one bulletin board I was on once, a woman said they have these things called character bibles which give a history of the characters and writers should check these before writing stories.

That's what I was thinking, if you remember the MAY episode with Kramer, as he and Paul are walking down the hall, they see Jerry's apartment door (right across the hall from them) and Paul asks Kramer something to the extent of "Does that Jerry guy still live there?"...

I remember on the John Larroquette show (a short-lived, underrated sitcom from a few years back), when he was first getting together with his neighbor/love interest, played by Alison LaPlaca (who we also know from her appearances on Friends as Rachel's boss who had the hots for Chandler, and also from her role on the probably-forgotten long-ago Fox sitcom Duet, which evolved into something called Open House) .... anyway ..... they were having a drink, and he offered a toast, "Cheers," and she wittily came back with, "Seinfeld."

Cool. Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but there was a Simpsons episode where they were trying to improve the image of the town. One of Marge's sisters suggested changing "Springfield" to "Seinfeld".

In Living Color had a Seinfeld parody with George and Jerry in the hood.
Murphy Brown had one episode with Paul Ruebens ending with him hired to sabotage the network's competition. Cut to an out of control car with the unseen driver saying "You ever wonder why they call these brakes? They don't break anything."
The funniest moment on the Diane English sitcom Love and War was a subplot when a famous writer was working on something in the restaurant. The regulars wondered what great work of literature he was creating. When he was finished, he asked them, "Tell me, do you think Kramer would have an affair with Elaine?" It then cut to Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David reading his submission, with Jerry saying that it wasn't a bad idea. Since English also created Murphy Brown, I figured it was a trade for the latter appearing in Seinfeld.
