I think this guy would be great for a Seinfeld episode. Like if Jerry has to get something from a pharmacy, this guy could be the pharmacist. Wasn't there an episode where Jerry pokes fun at them? Something about them standing up several feet above everyone, like Master of their Domain.

His name is Ben Stein. His strangest role was as an advisor in the Nixon Administration (and I don't mean the Oliver Stone movie).

He also wrote a very intersting and complimentary review of The Mens Club topless gentlemans club of Dallas, I think the article was in Texas Monthly, but not sure.

He was also in The Wonder Years, as one of Kevin's teachers. He had the same voice and everything as the character he played in Ferris B's Day off!
