This is just another boring detail I picked up on while I was re-watching "The Mango": In the scene, when George just had sex with Karen and make those gestures trying to kill a certain male bodypart and the audience really lauging their heads off, a guy in the audience (probably one of the staff) yells "That's it!", trying the shut 'em up! Re-run and listen!
