Here in Australia, we've only just seen the second last episode of Seinfeld, and I must say that it was a bit of a disappointment. One would have thought that the writers and producers of this once great show would bring out all the jokes or site gags, which they have been saving for the show for all these years, and since the current season is inevitably the last, it would be logical to assume that they would make at least the last two episodes highly funny. But instead we get an episode which you get the impression from that they are trying to regain the art of the multiple storyline, which they perfected earlier on in the programs history. About the only time when I found myself ROTFL was when we saw a reappearance of the street toughs from "The Soup Nazi" episode, which I believe is one of the most classic episodes ever made. It is a pretty sad state of affairs, when the funniest part of an episode, is where they regurgitate an old joke from a previous episode. Still, being an optimist, I am looking forward to the finale, not because I am glad to see them go, but because I am hoping that they will go out with a much bigger bang than tonight's episode.
