Did anybody notice that during the interview with Tom Snyder, that Jerry didn't remember the bay type window in the pilot episode that one caller mentioned to him ? When I watched it, I noticed it right away, and that there were no cereal boxes. I also noticed that there is a Superman picture on the fridge at all times and in the pilot, Superman is displayed as a statue on the bookshelf.

You've got to remember, that was over six years ago and Jerry probably hasn't seen that set or that episode since "The Seinfeld Chronicles" first aired. Even while he was on the set, he probably didn't pay that much attention to it. He was busy remembering cues and positions and lines. Don't forget, he didn't actually live there.
