Difficult episode question

In which episode did this happen:

George phones Jerry from a phone booth in a panic and after a few seconds of excited rambling Jerry jokingly remarks: "Uncle Leo?"

OMG! I know this...I know this... George was panicking regarding a girl, I think...but it might've been something to do with the Yankees. Was it the episode where his car stayed in the parking lot b/c he locked his keys inside? Maybe not...agh! I KNOW this...let me know when you all figure it out! I'll be interested to discover just what exactly I'm so sure I know. :)

is it the one where George is trying for unemployment and gave the woman a fake company name and is trying to tell Jerry to answer the phone using Vandelay Industries?
