Kramer and the cable guy?

Hello,

I missed part of last nights episode. I saw the part when the cable guy pretended to be somebody else to get into Kramers appartment, and then Kramer going by in the cab and saying something about what was on HBO that night. Was he stealing cable or something? Why was the cable guy after him?

Also, wasn't the end cool when Kramer and the cable guy made up!

	This was Kramer's way of getting even.  He waited for
	the cable guy one day but he never showed up or even
	called to say he wouldn't be there.

Wouldn't we all like to do that !!!
