Fat free yogurt is another scam. I think they did a Seinfeld episode about this. After I gained 15 lbs eating fat free yogurt for breakfast I said screw it and went back to ice cream bars and deep fried burritos. I would hate to be laying in a hospital waiting for a triple bypass over yogurt, that's messed up.
