Touring

I read that someone here posted that Jerry was comming to Norfolk, Va in July, is there any more info on this??? Shapiro/West told me he wasn't comming out to the east coast anymore!!

I'm sorry to tell you this, but Jerry came in May (I think) for two shows at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk. I live in Newport News and when I heard, he was coming, I called the ticket office immediately. He sold out in a matter of hours (both shows). I did see him at the Newport News/Williamsburg airport Fourth of July bash about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, there were about 100,000 people there (mostly drunk rednecks) and you couldn't hear a damn thing he said. What I did hear was funny, but alot of it I had already heard on the show. Sorry about the letdown, but I guess you would have had to been very quick about getting tickets if you had known.
