I just finished watching tonights episode. At the end of the show Jerry and Kramer were on a bus going to New Jersey to get back Jerry's shoes from the Mom and Pop. Kramer got another nose bleed and Jerry said he should go to the hospital. Kramer said I'm not going to bellevue. Then Jerry tried to comfort him as some "non Seinfeld music" started to play. The show ended here.

I didn't get it. Was this some reference to a movie or something? If so can anyone who knows respond to this or e-mail me.
