Hi, Just thought I'd inform you that
a) The soup nazi's soup is INCREDIBLE. The lobster bisque was excellent, and I tried some lentil, which was also great.
b) The show, while being a little insulting, was also pretty accurate. I stood in line (for 20 minutes) behind a guy who was a regular. He said that the biggest thing to remember was to have your exact change ready the moment you stepped up to the counter, and then to move aside as soon as you've given your order. A man who was two people ahead of me in line was actually yelled at. He forgot to step to his left after he ordered, thereby clogging up the line. The soup guy said "You've already ordered? Then MOVE!!"
c) He actually DOES look like Al Pacino from Scent of a Woman, although the Seinfeld actor didn't, really.
It's well worth a visit, if you're in NYC. It's 55th street, west of Broadway. Get the bisque. -matt
