Here's an idea for a Seinfeld storyline:
Elaine goes to a trendy new hair stylist to arrange an appointment. When she enters the shop we notice something strange. While the manager is fashionably attired and coiffed, he's also a little paunchy, ruddy faced, and he speaks with a southern accent. When she asks about getting her hair done, he replies "sorry ma'am but we have a very select clientele". She starts to complain and he just points to a sign behind the reception counter that states in big block letters that "The establishment reserves the right to refuse service to anyone". This being a clear case of discrimination, Elaine decides to take it to noted civil rights attorney Jackie Chiles. He agrees to represent her.
Meanwhile, Kramer unearths or buys from Newman an old stars 'n stripes Harley Davidson. It runs well but makes a lot of noise. He finds the only Harley Davidson repair shop on Manhattan is a place called "Bike Coastal". When he takes his Motorcycle over it turns out that the proprietors are the two gay street toughs from the "Soup Nazi" and "AIDS Walk" episodes. Naturally they recognize him and chase him away.
Since he was also refused service, Kramer wants to get in with Elaine on a class action suit. When Jerry explains that you can't file a single suit against multiple parties, Kramer pompously responds: "What, my dear boy, do you think a class action suit is exactly? Why do you think they call it a 'class' action suit? Oh Jerry, your naivete is truly touching."
Jackie Chiles gets manic when he sees Kramer and, strongly desiring to refuse service to him, drops Elaine as a client. "With me as your attorney it is highly conceivable, not to mention probable, that you could end up winning. This would set a precedent whose repercussions could be cataclysmic."
Without representation, Kramer seeks out a lawyer in NJ. A struggling civil rights attorney who "doesn't win a lot of cases but shows great tenacity". Elaine and Kramer get on his Harley and ride out to Jersey. A truck overtakes them on the highway and the country boy riding shotgun looks down on the windswept Elaine and says "get a hairstyle". Just then the chopper backfires violently and a rattled Kramer careens the motorcyle off the road and into some bushes. The show closes with an aerial shot and "The Ballad of Easy Rider" on the soundtrack.
The Jerry plot could involve his rivalry with guest Jeff Foxworthy. Annoyed with JF's "You might be a redneck..." success, JS complains that "I could never do a 'You might be from Long Island...' act because nobody would get it and the ones who did would boycott me". As JS and JF banter in their scenes together, JS gets progressively more irritated with JF's beginning a lot of his sentenecs with "you might...." or "you would..." even when they have nothing to do with being a redneck. When JS finally busts him on this, JF responds "when somethin' ain't broke you don't go fixin' it ....but you might be a redneck if you did".
You know you're a redneck when.... You're a victim of discrimination but you can't find a civil rights lawyer to take your case.
