I remember seeing one episode where Jerry was dating a girl and he couldn't reember her name, he ended up going through her purse...and ends up he tries to guess it, his only clue is that it rhymes with a part of the female anatomy...does anyone here know what it was? (the name not the part of the anatomy ;-)) ...was it really delores?

Doesn't anyone else think this is especially funny because clitoris DOESN'T rhyme with Delores? The accent in clitoris is on the first syllable. Only people (and there are many) who normally mispronounce clitoris would have ever guessed Delores.

i believe the rhyming connection was delores-clitoris.
Most of the follow-ups to this question say "yes", but in the credits at the
end of the show the woman is listed as "Mystery Woman". If her name was
really Delores, wouldn't the credits confirm it?
And, since I've already broken my own unspoken rule about continuing threads
which have been beaten into the ground enough, I'd like to suggest a .sig
which frequent posters (which I don't intend to be) can use when the FAQ is
not available:
-We don't know what Kramer's whole name is!
-DeLORes rhymes with cliTORis!
-Jerry doesn't use either his bike or his computer, so don't ask!
-and all the fuss that was made about the actual floorplans of Jerry's
apartment that fortunately haven't resurfaced in a long time...Ooops! Sorry, I'm sounding really bitchy.
