Fans identify an episode based on a scene description from Monk's café involving Jerry discussing bankruptcy.

In the closing scene, Jerry, Elaine and Kramer are in Monk's restaurant in a not too familiar booth (actually the same one Jerry always took his two-face girl in The Strike) and Jerry is talking about the 11th chapter and bankruptcy or something. Does anyone know which episode this is? I don't recall seeing it yet.
