Kramer should've been freed

Kramer's videotaping of the crime should've gotten him some good points with the jury. He was getting evidence.

I agree 100% and I kept thinking of this and wanted to know why no one brought it up?!? If that videotapped evidence got the car jacker caught then they all should be freed
