i liked the minor characters of jerry's supers or landlords, the white guy and the hispanic guy. ("these sponges are too small! there's no absorption!") i think the hispanic's name was Manny. were they in any episodes other than the one with Elaine getting the apartment and going to someone's apt. to watch the marathon? where george was trying to attract women with a wedding ring.
