I wouldn't say so... he's in a lot of upcoming movies this year, including Men In Black 2.

Fox didn't even give it a chance. It was only shown in its time slot about 3-4 times. Critics all gave it glowing reviews, but that doesn't help when the network doesn't air the show. And considering it was scheduled against Survivor and NBC's Must-See-TV, what kind of ratings were they expecting? What a waste of an excellent show.
