I can't think of any characters from previous seasons that I'd like to see again. However, there are some characters that have been mentioned that we haven't seen that I'd like to see -
Jerry's cousin Jeffrey, the legendary pachyderm, the infamous Bob Saccamano

I agree, it made no sense that he was looking for her clothes in the front room... but as to WHY she was wearing the same dress, I don't think they ever said or hinted... I think the point was, at least for me, that we all know someone who seems to wear the same thing ALL the time. Seinfeld just took that idea to it's extreme, as usual. I loved that episode, it was hilarious, especially when they saw a picture of her where she was wearing the same dress!

Another interesting twist would be to introduce a real character by the name of Art Vandalay (sp?) of Vandalay Industries.
