When Kramer sues the tobacco companies he goes to Jackie Chiles (sp?) and Jackie says this is outrageous, eggregious and, I think, something else. Can anyone help complete this half-formed memory?

Fans try to recall the third word Jackie Chiles uses when describing Kramer's lawsuit, remembering "outrageous" and "egregious" but seeking the third adjective.
