Kramer is backstage with Jerry and Elaine, Jerry has just put on the Puffy Shirt and is about to go on TV, and Elaine reacts with horror - "You are supposed to be a compassionate person, who cares about homeless people, you look like you're about to swing in on a chandelier". Kramer then puts his hand over his mouth and mumbles something...
What does he say?
Actually Kramer just puts the cigar in his mouth as Jerry answers the door.
It sounds like he is saying just some quick noise that represents "open the door" - "do it" - "ga" - "go" - something along those lines, but it's definitely a single syllable word and sound.
