I'm sorry, but I have to side with the brave few who thought the Marine Biologist show wasn't that good. And it's not because of Kramer's "over- acting". The main flaws were: 1) The address book sub-plot was tedious, and the "victim" was useless. 2) The golf-ball-in-the-blowhole was *sooooo* obvious: C'mon guys, haven't we seen enough coincidences this season to smell this comin'?

Not only would I guess that he has heard of difference of opinion, I would go so far to say that he expressed it as well. What is it about his post that made you assume he regarded it as a factual debate? Just curious.
As for me, I thought this episode felt a bit forced (for lack of a better word). I mean, it's reaching the point where I see the wacky coincidences and Kramer's antics and the first thing that comes to mind is a bunch of writers in some room saying, "Okay, Kramer's goofy thing this week is-- golf balls in the ocean! And he could be really pumped about it and make faces and just be really obsessed with the idea! Funny stuff!" And when the first thing that comes to mind is that kind of thing and not just immediate laughter, something's not working.
What do you all think? Is it just me and my own changing viewpoint? Or is the writing getting weaker? (BTW, the old-man-returning-soup was inspired. I'm not trying to say the show's not funny; it just seems to have lost something for me the past few new episodes.)
