Well, when the show goes off the air, *then* we'll begin revisiting the good episodes. For now, if the show sucks, we're gonna talk about it. The funny thing about all this is actually that the cast is getting paid more for work that was better years ago. What they're doing now is not really worth all new high salaries. It's more like some sort of compensation for the past.

Some people are big fans of television and it's not enough to have shows trot out junk to those fans. Fans really do deserve better and the stars on those shows should show that they're lucky to be where they are.

I understand that, but that's a hard alternative. The easy thing for a program of quality to do is to let things slide until they're down in a hole. I always felt it sucked when I had to stop watching something because the quality had declined. What the fan is feeling is certainly selfish because *we* always want the show around, but you simply keep wondering why the show's cast and crew aren't fighting to keep the show alive. Then it becomes simple: There simply is no fight left in the show.

I am actually very happy watching the show in syndication right now. Sure it would be nice to have excellent new episodes, but the old classics never die and they will always be on.

I am glad you are enjoying the old shows. I don't get to watch the reruns every night, but I do try to catch them every now and then. However, I love to see the new episodes. Jerry and his gang are great.
