It has been discussed many times for the three guys on the show but I don't recall anything said about Elaine. In "The Package" she introduces herself to a doctor as Uncle Leo's nurse Pomona . Where there any other times?
For the record though Jerry also introduced himself as Kel Varnsen in "The Boyfriend" and in " The Puerto Rican Day"
Kramer as H.G. Pennypacker in "The Millenium" and "The Puerto Rican Day"

I think it was H.E.
I've rewatched the episode several times and it always sounds more like H.E. to me.

I just checked with "The Puerto Rican Day" and it does sound like H.E. but he never mentions the full name.

When Kramer wanted to get that jacket that attracted women, he enlisted Elaines help,she impersonated Mrs. Kramer's ex-boyfriends daughter. I can't remember the name. Was it Krietzer? Or something to that effect....

and i think elaine intoduce herself as paloma not pomona. and also there's this episode which i can't remember the title where kramer enters jerry's appartment and calls everyone with nickname. he calls elaine veronica. and in several episodes jerry calls george biff.

I just checked and it sounds like Poloma. He calls Elaine ,Veronica and the others after The Archies comic books. Archie ,Mr Weatherbie , Jughead and Veronica.
