Could somebody explain this episode to me? I thought it was a good one, except I don't understand where Suzie came from. I mean, I know Elaine pretended to be her, but how did she make a funeral for a fake person? It just all seemed kind of stupid.

And also....was the guy stuck in Jerry's trunk in there during the time the memorial service was being organized? Had to be at least 36 hours in the back of Jerry's car !!!
I understand all that, I just didn't understand how they could have a funeral for a non-existent person.
