First, let's look at the use of french on the site, which I suppose is what your grade will be based on. Speaking as one of the 4 or 5 million french dudes way up here in Quebec, I think you can trust my judgement on this matter (Not like that freak of nature Bill Walsh who seems to speak more languages than the guys at Babylon in that story. That's pretty suspicious if you ask me... Just kidding. Bill's great.) Anyhoo, let's get to it:

-The sentence: "Pour les total obseder, par les total obseder" doesn't really work. The translation seems too literal. I mean I understand what you're trying to say, but it's not something anyone would ever say in real life. A better way to say more or less the same thing would be: "Pour les obs�d�s, par les obs�d�s" or simply "Pour les fans, par les fans". Note the spelling of "obs�d�s" in this case.

-The translation of "Under construction" is simply "En construction".

-The correct spelling of "consacre a Phil Hartman" is "consacr� � Phil Hartman". You could also use "d�di� � Phil Hartman" which is an exact translation of "dedicated to Phil Hartman".

-As for "Patients et comptant" I would add "toujours" after "comptant" as in "22 patients and still counting". It would be a little more precise since "comptant" also means "cash".

-"Connection sur l'internet" is a great way to say "Links section." It's original and strangely poetic. Hell, when I made web sites in french, the best I could come up with was "Liens". Congrats.

-I don't know if the rest of your links are supposed to be all in french or not, so I'll go ahead and give you a few suggestions anyway. First for "fan addresse", it think you should use "Adresses pour les fans" or "Adresses de c�l�brit�s" depending on what you want to say. Note the spelling of "adresses". For "Seinfeld photos", you should use "Photos de Seinfeld". Same for Newsradio. And as for "Quotes" and "Syndication" I have frankly no idea how to translate this. I would say that 95% of the people here in Quebec are not even aware of the *concept* of syndication, much less of its correct translation. Maybe Brainless or the Evil Bill Walsh can help :-)

Ok, now let's move on to the site itself. I like the colors, the "You are..", "Superstar", "About me" and "Celebrity fan page" images, your links page with the nice photos and the cool background in the quotes section. But there is one thing that you *have* to do: reduce the width of your main page. This is important because around 90% of people on the net use a screen resolution of 800x600 pixels or less. Which means that all those people don't even see your links on the right side unless they have the presence of mind to scroll right. If I were you, I would try to reduce the width of that page by about half. That would help a lot.

I would also try to center the name and slogan of the site at the top, and try to align the various text on the page in two distinct columns on the left and right side of the screen. I would also move the Chat Room/Message Board thingie to its own page. But that's a matter of taste.

"Quotes" could be translated to "R�f�rences". I think you, me and maybe 2 or 3 other people in Quebec even *heard* of syndication. I'd say "Syndication" could be spelled the same thing in French.

as for quotes use the word "citations"

And in case you do want to have the accents, you can always use ALT + 133 (�), ALT + 130 (�), ALT + 144 (�), etc. provided you use Windows. There is a code like that for every accent, just tell me if you want them. Back when I was still in school, which wasn't that long ago, I remember that I kept losing points on essays and stuff like that because I was too lazy to write the accents on �,�,�, etc.
