Just got back from Arsenic and Old Lace, Michael Richards was worth waiting for, as he did not appear until 30 minutes into the play, he was made up differently and the trade mark hair was gelled flat but he had some very recognisable characteristics especially the hand movments and the inflections in his voice, the american tourists in the audience ( who were many ) rippled with applause when he entered, and we all enjoyed a good evening's entertainment. Well done Cosmo.

Yes I really wanted to cheer when he entered but thought both he and the crown around me might not appreciate it. Was a shame about the hair but a good night out all the same. Really hoping to bump in to him on the street around the West End.

Funny you should say that, i work close by so i took a long lunch and stood outside the stage door and low and behold 20 minutes later the man walked around the corner, Wednesday's matinee, and he was very gracious in my request for a couple of photo's with me and an autograph, and as we parted i shook hands with the great man, seems a nice guy. That is a pretty amazing thing to come out with, quite a coincidence.
