Yeah its true, they dont accept any submissions because they dont want to deal with lawsuits regardring who actually came up with what story. During their first season they accepted them but not anymore. By law, a sitcom has to buy two scripts from the outside and those dont have to be produced. Larry David says he usually buys these two scripts from close friends but doesnt use them.
