It's Settled -- Frank Costanza is Italian

In tonight's episode (July 4 -- The Doll) , Frank Costanza said his family is from Tuscany, so it's settled -- he is Italian.

	Being a 'paisano' , myself, there are many non
	Italians who use the phrase which is just 'friend'.
	But, the Tuscany surely said something.
