Before anyone goes spinning off the Newman show, or Kramerica, keep in mind how few spinoffs have clicked. Remember the attempts to follow Mash, Happy Days, The Lucy Show, Rhoda, Phyllis, etc. The only one that comes to mind that seems to be better than it's "lead in" is Frasier - who I'd pick to inherit Jerry's spot.

If my memory serves, some of these were very successful spinoffs from other shows such as; (doesn't mean I liked them - but they made money)
