Has anyone noticed?

Outside of "Monk's" there is always a stack of boxes marked, Co2. What is this? Is it an inside joke? Just curious.

Those are live stock footage of outside the actual Tom's Restaurant. So there is no real connection to the show.

And, since they are outside of a restaurant, those boxes marked "CO2" could be deliveries of carbon dioxide (CO2) tanks to use in the soft drink dispensing machines. It provides the carbonation to make the drinks fizzy.

I understand that....it just look's like the sign on the boxes is fake. Like it is actually covering up a product name or something. Just wondering.
