I recognized the girl who played Sandy (wouldn't laugh at Jerry's jokes) almost immediately. Her name is Jann Karam, a stand-up comedian herself. As I was looking through the credits, I noticed that Fred Stoller is one of the writers or producers (I can't remember which one...)
These two, along with David Spade and Rob Schneider (SNL) appeared in an "HBO Young Comedians Special" hosted by Dennis Miller back in '89.
I just thought this was interesting and wanted to share it. Did anyone else see this special? I remember thinking that Jann Karam and David Spade were hilarious!
