Don't know the name, but the group is Green Day. Maybe it's called Time of Your Life?
Once again, the song is called "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)" and it's from Green Day's album "Nimrod".
Yeah but be forwarned. That is the only song on the album that is slow and acoustic. The rest ranges from hard rock to really hard punk rock. Great album though.
