Hair Clips?

I don't know if this has been mentioned before before but while watching The Soup (93) I noticed that while George and the Waitress were dodging horse manure she tells him about the hair clips she makes. I remembered that in The Virgin (50) while explaining her diafram mishap she mentions a woman was at the party who was selling hair clips.

Is this the same woman?
