~~WHY SIENFELD WILL BE BACK~~

The cast of 'Sienfeld' will be back in one form or another. Probably in Specials like The Honeymooners and I Love Lucy did.

Look at the facts:

All of the major cast members are typecast for life, except. ironically for Jerry (he comes up smelling like a rose every time, doesn't he?)

NBC, the biggest money grubbing entity in communications history, probably has a contract with everybody already.

Except for Jerry, the rest of the major players got shafted in the syndication rights. I guarantee you that THEY were not happy about the show ending so soon. Their new contract will give them enough incentive to return.

The show is a CASH COW. It went out on top. This is American, the land of money grubbing network swill.

Case closed.

Look for the first Special to appear in sweep weeks, perhaps in November, 1999. We'll see the hijinks that ensues when the cast gets prepared to celebrate New Years 2000.

Specifically, he's referring to "The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour", a once-a month special that ran on CBS from 1957 to 1960. Until recently, it was rerun Saturday nights on Nick at Nite. Worked more as a curiousity for Lucy fans than as classic TV.

Not true - Jason A. was a Broadway star before being on Seinfeld and has since been in several movies (a few bad but mostly rather successful). He has said that he intends on returning to Broadway. Plus he and his wife are currently producing two upcoming t.v. shows. Julia L-D is capable of playing many different roles and I'm sure we'll be seeing her in comedy soon on the big screen. Michael R. - he wanted to do a spin-off but his greed got the better of him (he wanted $750,000/episode but NBC would only put out $500,000 - poor guy (sorry - no pun intended)). And I wouldn't exactly say Jerry is typecast - I mean think about it. You're saying he's typecast as a stand up comedian. Oh no what is he going to do - go back to doing his stand up??? Well guess what smarty - that's what he wants.

As far as the money goes - these people don't need it. The money will be rolling in for years to come. None of these people will ever have to work. Good for them! They deserve it!

Sorry to say but Seinfeld isn't coming back. And that's o.k. because we all have the re-runs. Besides, reunion shows never really live up to the original - that's probably why Jerry has said there won't be any.

Jerry Seinfeld not typecast? Of course he's typecast! He's a professional comedian in real life, and guess what, he played a professional comedian on TV for 9 years. And, oh, what a coincidence, he even played a professional comedian by the name of JERRY SEINFELD. Oh no, he's not pigeonholed at all.

The great thing is, he typecast himself. He knows he can't act. So he doesn't try. That was part of the genius of his show, to construct a premise in which he could simply play a slightly-altered version of himself. He never could act, and he never will. He'll never have to either.

You're being held in contempt for wasting the court's time.
