I've just seen this episode again, and I realised that this must be one of the classic episodes. I loved the part where the woman in Monks mentions to George how they are twins (motioning in the chest region) and his paranoia reaches an even higher level. When asked what is wrong with George, Jerry explains the situation perfectly with "George is just trying to get something off his chest".
Sure, the doorman bit was funny, but George and his father's breasts were the real stars of this episode.
The "mansierre" stuff was funny. I didn't remember that that was in "The Doorman" episode. Another great moment was when Elaine was taking this condescending attitude towards the doorman: "and, pray tell, what did the doooorman say."
