First of all, I thought the finale was a good way to end the show. It never would have lived up to the hype, they could have showed The Contest or The Boyfriend (assuming they hadn't previously) with a little finale closure and people would have been upset. I basically disregard the first thousand posts or so after the show ended as people who didn't get it, and really weren't supposed to, they've probably only seen the show about five times. But enough about the idiots. I said aloud 'oh my god' when George admitted that he cheated(though his reasoning was classic.) I'm surprised there isn't as much discussion about the fact that they never got to what Jerry was going to tell Elaine on the plane. Obviously "i love you"s were out of the question (in keeping with the shows ideals) but it was unfortunately unresolved. I was a little disappointed that the gang didn't talk too much, for a while it seemed like Jackie's show, but I guess that's the price for seeing all the guest appearances. I also wish we had heard one more "Get Out!" from Elaine but hearing "hello, newman" and "that's a shame" were just as good. The talk about the second button was also great, 'from nothing, to nothing.' Finally, I rarely post but am a loyal lurker, and will take this time to give my bests for some classic threads, not that all the episodes are complete.
