When JLD was pregnant....

I'm just curious...does anyone know during which episode numbers/season Julia Louise Dreyfus (I may have spelled her name wrong there) was pregnant-- the episodes where her (real life) pregnancy was "hidden"/"covered up" on the show??

I thought they were going to write the pregnancy into the show (caught without the sponge?). Must be a "family values" thing.

I think she might have been pregnant in the Mayan episode where she buys all the Mayan clothes from Cinco de Mayo. I'm not sure, but she may have been showing a litlle.

She got pregnant near the end of a season and you could not tell she was pregnant in any of the eps from that season. In the next season she missed some of the first eps and when she returned she walked into Jerrys apartment and the fab four all raised their arms and yelled somethin'. I can't remember the ep. They said that Elaine was in Europe or somethin' like that. I remember that George did not know that she was even out of the states.

Oh, I think that one just came on in syndication not long ago...I really wish they would start at the beginning and run the episodes in order! They skip around seasons, and even run episodes from the same season in random order. grrr...I was just curious about covering up her pregnancy, in light of the recent hoopla over the Hunter Tylo thing, where it was brought up that most shows don't fire their pregnant actresses, they hide it or write it in..

She was very much pregnant in The Keys which ended the 91-92 season (3) you'll notice that when she's on the couch she uses a pillow to cover it up and they showed her from the waist up for most of the show. She barely was in the next season's opener (The trip 1&2) and she came back from Europe in" The Wallet"

i don't remember the exact dates, but i know she was pretty far along in The Fix-Up, when she was describing george to her friend (who is now Janice on Friends).. and she was pregnant with her second son last season, i think.. most obvious in the one where she was wearing the african moo-moo thing -- i can't remember the episode.. yikes, i wasn't as much help after all, sorry! i do know she only has two kids.. :)
