On two occasions that I can recall, either Jerry or George has observed something and said to the other "Did you see that?!" while Elaine remains mystified. Jerry's or George's response is usually "Yes, I did!".

One was in The Sniffing Accountant (Jerry to George about the sniffing) and the other was in The Pledge Drive (George to Jerry about "the finger").

Are there any others?

Yes, I remember one in "The Wallet" episode from way back. Jerry asks Elaine how her relationship with the doctor is going and she scracthes her face and says "its ok." Jerry then says to George: "Did you see that?" They went on to talk about how the higher you scratch your face, the worse off your relationship is.
