Mickey the Little person

	Some of Kramer's best scenes are with Mickey.  Think about the time the
were choking each other in Jerry's apartment during the Heightening
Episode.  Or during the same episode when they were reading the lines to
each other.  Kramer was into it and Mickey was hardly there.
	How about when they get fired from the Santa/Elf job because of Kramer was
spouting off Communist propaganda to kids waiting to see Santa
