Airport/Steinbrenner

Am I right in thinking that the guy who ordered the kosher meal but forgot about it in " the Airport " is the same guy who played George Steinbrenner ?

Also, which episode is it when Steinbrenner says something like:

" put a thought into my head ......... meatballs ..... you're a genius "

I really want a wave clip of this. Any help would be much appreciated.
