I believe the guy sitting by the door when Jerry, Elaine and George enter and leave the chinese restaurant is Steve Landesburg. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Barney Miller! Hal Linden. Inspector Luger. OK show, but what a fantastic theme! Possibly the best TV theme music in history (except maybe for Sanford and Son).
