Was the "fungus woman" Drew Barrymore? That's what I was thinking about during the whole episode.
Whoever came up with the Cliff Claven/Carla Kramer idea has it right on the dot. Maybe Carla and Cliff's little boy was sent to an orphanage, was assigned one name "Kramer", and thus explains Mr. and Mrs. Kramer, and his first name.

First Question : Nope, it wasn't Drew Barrymore... I dunno who she was but she looked astounding. (BTW does anybody else know who tha actress was?)
As to the 2nd Q: I quote from the lyrics:
