Is there a list out there of the times when the camera zooms out, from above, from a character?
The only times I can think of at the moment are:
#115 - The Hot Tub Elaine, while searching for Jean-Paul Jean Paul, finally thinks of a blurb to write in the J. Peterman catalogue about the Himalayan Walking Shoes.
#167 - The Dealership George yells out "Twix" as his candy line-up plot is foiled.
I know I've seen others, I just can't think of them.

Also, it happens in 'The Susie' when Elaine yells out "Suse!!!!!!!!!!"

#150 George loses his keychain in a pothole. The pothole becomes covered up. He bribes a construction crew to let him use their jackhammer. George subsequently hits a water main with the jackhammer.
