I've seen Elaine, Jerry, and Kramer smoke cigars but I'm trying to think if George has smoked a cigar. Maybe he's afraid it will stunt his growth (grin).

Sure he has. I remember him at the very end of the episode where he and Jerry and Kramer invest in the stock market. Jerry gets too nervous (he checks the same stock quotes several times a day!) and finally bails out. George sticks it out and makes a killing and at the end of the show is strutting around the coffee shop puffing a stogie and buying the gangs food. I remember him pestering Jerry and Elaine to "eat, eat!" before he gives the waitress a big tip and then his true personality takes over and he grabs her and takes some of it back!

In the episode where he gets the stock tip and he and Jerry invest. Jerry gets out and George makes a bundle. As they sit in the coffee shop at the end of the show, George has bought Jerry and Elaine's dinner and as he is bragging about new found fortune, he is smoking a stogie.
