Overdone Angry George is NOT Funny

I hated the episode this week (The Dealership). To preface my remarks, I am not one of those who long for the good old days. The 8th season is one of my all-time favorites. I loved the Betrayal.

But the only reason I finished watching The Dealership was so I could say I saw it. I *hate* the overdone angry George. It's just too much. Angry George is very funny in snippets ("George is getting frustrated!"). But a whole show based on it....it was painful to watch.

Jerry was funny, and I do agree that him refusing the deal because of the high 5 was totally in character. Elaine was good but we didn't see enough of her. Kramer was good but the "pushing the E" storyline became a bit much.

Just my humble opinion :)

lets face it, George is a tight ass. and when george pays for something george better get it. when he gets screwed look out hes pissed. also, he started out playing angry to make sure jerry didn't get screwed buying a car and it went from there. the show had a few flaws but it was another classic episode in my opinion. Its A TV Show, not real life. But just like life it has its flaws, so... relax.

I thought he was funny. Not as funny as the scheming George but the angry George is good.
