not since "the contest", or maybe never, has there been such a good episode as the one shown tonight. george shouting "I slept with your wife!" after realizing he was losing an insult battle was the funniest thing Ive ever seen on TV. anyone on this newsgroup who says they dislike this episode is a bloated, pompous prick whose determined to cling to older seasons by tricking themselves into thinking any new episode is bad even when it obviously isnt. Ive talked to a lot of people about this episode and they all agree that it was hilarious. only on this newsgroup are people saying it wasnt that good. i agree the consistency of the show has gone down this season, but, there have been a lot of classic episodes, and this one was the epitome of them all. this episode proves seinfeld is far from being dead as some people seem to believe

If this show is as good as the contest, it is indeed funny. But it would be the only show so far this season to be that funny (although I also missed "The Abstinence").
I wish I had seen it, but I had to rush off to a hockey game, and forgot to set the VCR. AHHHHH! I hope it I can see it during rerun schedule, since it won't be seen during syndication.
