I was just wondering if any of theese brandnames are real or if they are made up.

Drake's Coffecake Junior Mint Haagen Daaz (Not sure if spelling is correct) Chuckle Bosco

Also in episode "The Pilot" Jerry mentions that the guy playing the butler is John Ritter's cousin is this true or is it made up.

They're all real.

This I have no idea about, but I'd assume it's not true. If only because "the guy playing the butler" referred to the charactor playing the butler in the "Jerry" pilot episode, and not the actor playing the character playing the butler in the "Seinfeld" episode.

I know Drakes cakes, Haagen Daz and Junior Mints are all real products. I think Bosco is, supposedly a chocolate syrup but I have never had it. Couldn't say if chuckle is though.

I think it was called Chuckles - jelly type fruit chewy candy. Not sure if it's real either ,but my point is it was called Chuckles not Chuckle so if one tries to find it atleast you would have the proper name to search for.

Yes this is real, actually called Chuckles but I think they only referred to one on the show so then it would be called a chuckle. It is a fruit flavored jellyy candy. Haven't had one in forever and as I remember they are very sweet, almost too sweet to stand. They are similar to a gumdrop or something in texture and gummy bears in taste(although much sweeter)
