I just went over to rec.arts.movies.misc and they're a bunch of posts about how seinfeld is "So Racist".
I don't think the show is racist at all. I think that even though they do show some ethnic characters in a light, comic manner, I never felt that they were insulting that race.Is something like "Friends" racist because they're all white? It's all a matter of opinion. I think there should be more black-oriented sitcoms, but I just wish they would not make it either a bad comedy(martin) or just really sort of insulting stereotype sitcoms. If they could do some African American quality dramas like the film "Soul Food" i think it would be a huge success. my movie site check it out http://members.aol.com/dtsdigital/start.html.
