Ever notice the "Signs by Kal " sign in the background of the street scenes? It's a tip of the hat to Jerry's dad, Kal who had a sign business here in Massapequa.
I remember seeing his signs all the time at the train station with his signature at the bottom, "another sign by Kal Signfeld" (that's how he spelled it)
